CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Original core team developer and Board of Directors of the DotNetNuke open source web portal platform. Spearheaded the generation of Website revenue and documentation to support the project. Responsible for the direct growth of the platform, and the now current installed base of over 500,000 instances.
- Developed, and architected the Packaging Intelligence Network, this portal grew to be the top resource on the Web for the packaging industry having won various industry awards including an Industry Magnet site, and PointCast Best of Connections.
- Spearheaded the consolidation of 18 divisional Internet sites into one unified corporate presence. Using an open source platform, saved the company an estimated $500,000 in costs, and exceeded project expectations in time, and results.
- Developed an online ordering system for a multi-billion dollar electronic parts distributor. This site was recognized by PCWeek (now eWeek) as a top e-Commerce site.
- Developed and managed one of the top 10 ASP.NET community sites on the web. Responsible for author content, sponsor relationships, and overall management of the site.

- Negotiated professional service agreements as CEO and Technical Sales Lead. Negotiated contracts with outsourced developers to augment development resources on projects.
- Developed the Homeless Management Information System for Erie County, PA. This web-based system consolidated the homeless intakes of over 30 agencies in Erie County.
- Developed WWWCoder.com one of the top 10 Websites for the ASP.NET Web development community. Responsible for sponsor relationships, writer contracting and editing, content management, and overall operations of the site.
- Led the development and content publication of the Packaging Intelligence Network based out of the UK. The website started from the ground up, building up to the most recognized resource for the packaging community. - Spearheaded the website strategy to generate advertizing revenue to support the growing open source project.
- Project manager of two books published by Wiley/ Wrox on DotNetNuke. Developed the table of contents and coordinated the authors to complete the publication. The book went on to become the number one book on Amazon.com in its specific category.
- Led and coordinated the strategy to develop documentation for the application.

Corporate Webmaster / IT Project Specialist
- Led the consolidation project of 18 separate and distinct divisional websites into one unified Internet presence for the company. Site was implemented using open source technologies saving an estimated $500,000 in application costs. Developed the project plan, and followed through to successful completion ahead of goal. Worked with marketing to analyze website traffic and SEO strategy.
- Led the development of several Website modules including an online jobs application, distributor lookups, contact workflow, product selector guides, and document management system. Managed a team of in-house and contracted developers to complete the project well ahead of goal.
- Development of corporate wide employee export compliance system. Developed in conjunction with human resources, IT, and export compliance. Application managed and reported on the export compliance of over 2,000 employees.
- Consolidated various disparate web infrastructures into one unified server architecture for both the Internet and intranet environments. This project reduced the amount of administration costs, and power requirements while providing highly available web architecture.
- Developed self-service web application to empower employees to perform their own account management. This included the ability to unlock accounts, change passwords, and enter tickets directly into the Remedy Help Desk system.
